Arbor Day 2012 lands on April 27. The fact is, we always celebrate Arbor Day on the last Friday of April. As the "tree holiday," skeptics scoff at the idea of celebrating Arbor Day (trees don't really need a day off from work, right?). But if you enjoy trees at all, it's not a bad day to meditate on their significance.
That's why I'm asking you to celebrate Arbor Day 2012 with me by answering the question, "What are the best trees you can plant in a yard?" I'm sure many of you have favorites
